Agile is all about doing in things in small increments, learning from them and adjusting based on what you learned. But your customers and stakeholders need a little more than “We’ll let you know what the release is going to contain when we’re done”. Walter Bodwell will discuss how to set and manage expectations for an agile release. From coming up with the original plan to communicating it to your stakeholders to keeping it up to date as you learn more, we’ll talk about it.
