This is definitely one of my favorite Agile Austin presentations. Thanks for the recap!
As a member of a large organization that is in the early stages of Agile, I've observed and wondered at a lot of the problems Scott acknowledges here- especially the slacking and cramming of iterations. You are absolutely right about the forced iterations bringing the problems that need to be adressed to light. I'm happy to see that pointed out here. I look forward to the days when our rhythm and flow is much smoother and voluntary. :)
